Camping: There are no dispersed campsites along the road.
Base Camp: This would be a good area to base camp and explore the 4WD roads and hiking trails around Twin Lakes.
Fall Colors: Poor - Mainly pine forest.
Navigation: From Leadville, CO head south on Harrison Ave toward E 6th Street for 0.4 miles. Continue onto Silver Drive for 0.3 miles. Continue to follow US-24 E for 7.9 miles. Turn right onto County Road 10 and go 1.30 miles. Turn right toward Forest Road 136 and go 1.6 miles. Turn left at Forest Road 130B and go 0.6 miles. Turn left to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.30 miles. Turn right to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.10 miles. Turn right to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.20 miles. Turn left to start Chlober Hill, Forest Road 130C.

From Buena Vista, CO head north on US-24 W toward W Sterling Ave for 25.6 miles. Turn left onto County Road 10 and go 1.30 miles. Turn right toward Forest Road 136 and go 1.6 miles. Turn left at Forest Road 130B and go 0.6 miles. Turn left to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.30 miles. Turn right to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.10 miles. Turn right to stay on Forest Road 130B and go 0.20 miles. Turn left to start Chlober Hill, Forest Road 130C.

I have not driven this road yet. The following description is based on Google Earth view.

Starting from the end of Conduit South, FR130.B, Chlober Hill is to the left, while Doc's, FR130.D is to the right. Chlober Hill is a short spur road that heads south between two stands of pine trees. The road will end at a large open area overlooking Box Creek.
