Camping: There are two dispersed camp sites along the road.
Base Camp: Not a good area to base camp.
Fall Colors: Poor - Pine forest.
Navigation: From Nederland CO. head north on N Bridge Street toward W 1st Street for 420 feet. At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto W 2nd Street and go 0.3 miles. Continue to follow CO-72 W for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto Caribou Road and go 2.5 miles. Turn left to stay on Caribou Road and go 0.9 miles. Sharp right onto County Road 126N. Go 0.5 miles and turn left onto the Delonde road.

Description:
The Delonde road is a short spur road off of Boulder County Road 126N. It heads north into the forest as a two track.

As the road continues into the forest it will become narrower, climbing up to a high spot where there are some camp sites. There is also a wide spot here to turn around if needed.

The road will head down into a denser part of the forest as it curves to the northwest. The further you go the brushier and narrower it gets. Finally the road ends as the forest completely encroaches on the road.
