Description:
Starting from the east end off of the Teller Divide, FR740, road you will drive across a bridge over the South Fork of the Michigan River. The road will be about a lane and a half wide. You will head up the little valley of No Name Creek passing a campsite on the right. Further along the road you will come to an intersection on the right with FR793. At this intersection near the creek is another campsite where FR793 heads north west for about a mile. Stay to the left at the intersection and you will make a hairpin turn to the east followed by a wide curve that brings you over near La Fevre Creek before climbing higher up on the ridge and then continuing to following No Name Creek. The road will stay maintained as you climb higher along the north side of Owl Mountain. At another hairpin turn you will cross No Name Creek and continue west where you will come to another intersection. The road to the left is No Name Creek, FR790, road that will climb up to the top of Owl Mountain ridge. Stay to the right to continue.

The road will continue through the forest and cross the head of Mill Creek at another curve. The road will come out into an area that has been thinned on the right side of the road. As you come back into the forest you will pass two spur roads on the left that are closed and only used to access other areas that have been thinned.

You will come to a curve to the left where another thinned area is on the right, and then you will drop down a bit and cross Owl Creek before heading back to the north. You will pass through another large thinned area before heading northwest. The road will continue through another very large thinned area that has some new growth. As you head back into the forest you will turn to the southwest and cross the Dry Fork of Owl Creek and then head back to the northwest.
